هدف پژوهش حاضر ارائه مدل علی برای افزایش بهره وری آموزشی اعضای هیات علمی و مدرسان دانشگاه فنی و حرفه ای بر اساس رهبری تحول آفرین با میانجیگری توانمندسازی روان شناختی بود. روش تحقیق همبستگی و بر پایه مفروضه های مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری، نمونه آماری شامل اعضای هیات علمی و مدرسان دانشگاه فنی و حرفه ای بودند که با توجه به جدول استفان اولجنیک به نقل از نصر و همکاران 1386، با اندازه اثر کم و توان آماری 5/0 تعداد 212 نفر انتخاب شدند که به سه پرسشنامه رهبري تحولي بس و آووليو (١٩٩٧)، توانمندسازي روان شناختي وتن و کمرون (١٩٩٨) و بهره وری آموزشی بازرگان (1392) پاسخ دادند. نتایج نشان دادند که متغيرهاي پيش بين رهبری تحول آفرین و توانمندسازی روان شناختی متغير بهره وری آموزشی را پيش بيني مي کنند، متغير توانمندسازی روان شناختی رابطه بين رهبری تحول آفرین و بهره وری آموزشی را ميانجيگري مي کند و مدل علی پژوهش که در آن متغيرهاي پيش بين رهبری تحول آفرین و توانمندسازی روان شناختی متغير بهره وری آموزشی را پيش بيني مي کنند، از لحاظ برازش با داده هاي دو گروه زنان و مردان يکسان است.

The purpose of this study was to provide a causal model to increase the educational productivity of faculty members and teachers of technical and vocational universities based on transformational leadership mediated by psychological empowerment. Correlation research method and based on the assumptions of structural equation modeling, the statistical sample included faculty members and lecturers of technical and vocational universities who according to the table of Stefan Olgenik quoted by Nasr et al. 2007, with low effect size and statistical power 5 0. 212 people were selected who answered the three questionnaires of transformational leadership of Bass and Avolio (1), psychoanalytic empowerment of Vatan and Cameron (4) and Bazargan educational productivity (2013). The results showed that the predictor variables of transformational leadership and psychological empowerment predict the variable of educational productivity, the psychological empowerment variable predicts the relationship between transformational leadership and educational productivity, and the structural model of research in which the variables precede They predict the variable of educational productivity between transformational leadership and psychological empowerment, which is consistent with the data of both men and women.
